If you use Reframe AIM in conjunction with Google Ads or any related Google API services, you also agree to comply with all Google Ads policies (available at Google Ads Policy Center) and any other applicable Google terms and conditions. Your breach of such policies may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
1.3 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. User Eligibility and Account Creation
2.1 Age Requirement

•Violate or infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of any third party.
•Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security features of the Service.
•Use automated means (e.g., bots) to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests to our servers than a human can reasonably produce.
•Introduce viruses or malicious code or engage in any form of hacking or unauthorized data collection.
3.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reframe AIM, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, including any breach of Google Ads policies or other third-party rights.
4. Intellectual Property Rights

We (and our licensors) own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to software, visuals, graphics, designs, code, and any other materials. Except as expressly authorized by Reframe AIM, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service’s content.
4.2 User-Generated Content
If you submit or post content through the Service (e.g., text, images, feedback, or any information), you grant Reframe AIM a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, display, and distribute such content to provide, improve, and promote the Service.
4.3 No Google Endorsement
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC. Any references to Google or Google Ads are solely for descriptive purposes to indicate the compatibility or functionality of our Service.
5. Privacy and Data Usage
5.1 Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and Google Ads data.
5.2 Google Ads Data
By integrating your Google Ads account with our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, use, store, and process your Google Ads data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Service (e.g., bid optimization, analytics, reporting, and model training). We do not claim ownership of your Google Ads data.
5.3 Data Protection Compliance

6.2 Availability
We strive to keep the Service operational. However, certain technical difficulties, routine maintenance, or updates may, from time to time, result in temporary interruptions. We do not guarantee availability of the Service at all times and disclaim any liability for interruptions or downtime.
6.3 Third-Party Dependencies
Our Service relies on APIs and systems provided by third parties (e.g., Google Ads). We are not responsible for any outages, errors, or policy changes by those third parties that might affect your use of our Service.
7. Payment Terms and Subscription Details
7.1 Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans, which may include different features, usage limits, and billing periods. Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
7.2 Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel. If payment fails or is not received by the billing deadline, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
7.3 Refunds
Any refunds will be governed by the specific terms of our Refund Policy. Unless expressly stated, all fees are non-refundable.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
9.2 No Guaranteed Results
While Reframe AIM aims to provide effective Google Ads optimizations and strategies, we do not guarantee any specific results or performance metrics. You acknowledge that advertising outcomes depend on various factors beyond our control, including market conditions and Google’s own algorithms.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Reframe AIM, its affiliates, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits or revenue, data loss, or business interruption), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability for all claims related to the Service exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific subscription term at issue.
9.4 API and Third-Party Services
Reframe AIM is not liable for any downtime, errors, or other issues arising from the use of third-party APIs (including Google Ads), and you agree to hold us harmless from any claims related to such third-party services.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.5 No Partnership or Agency
No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Reframe AIM as a result of these Terms or use of the Service.
